The Customer saw a need in their organization for a suite of solutions that reduces both the complexity and time in the complicated manual processing. There are challenges which were being faced by the customer :

  • Customer Relationship Management and a database that keeps track of its programmes through network-wide and region-specific progress.
  • Reports in the XML format (on expenditure, number of partners and beneficiaries, staff, type of projects).
  • As per the IATI Standard, they need to restructure their Database.
