We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated and goal oriented US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of
relevant experience in performing full life-cycle recruiting and handling client staffing contractual
needs. The role offers an exceptional opportunity for rapid career growth, extensive global exposure

- Handle contractual staffing needs for clients
- Understand client requirements in detail by having detailed discussion with the hiring managers and also preparing the requirement qualification forms.
- Understanding the details about the job, project and client interest.
- Studying about the technology before working on client requirements
- Performing recruitment lifecycle which includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, HRinterviews, selection, salary negotiations and follow up)
- Utilizing multi ple resources including job boards (Monster, Dice and LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
- Networking events and direct sourcing to appeal to and find qualified candidates to meet client needs.
- Cold calling to understand candidate’s requirements and to find the best fit for Customer needs.
- Should have good experience in complete IT recruitment process and clear understanding of tax terms.
- Proven track record of good number of closures.
- Involved in operations- offer roll out, documents collection, employee joining forms and follow up with candidates till start date
- Screening potential candidates through telephonic interviews and reference checks
- Conducting In office interviews for candidates to understand the candidates better and also judge body language and soft skill attributes before presenting him/her to the client
